Rubber Seals
We offer various types of seals used on shafts or axles that rotate clockwise or anti-clockwise. It is a piece of material such as rubber, used to render a joint impermeable to gas or liquid. |

 | Nitrile Seals The nitrile materials developed are used for making seals can withstand 8000 to 10000 PSI pressure several times without developing leakage. Nitrile based seals can withstand the ASTM no.1 and ASTM no.3 oils. These seals can work at low temperature (-40 degree celsius) also. Ask for Quote |

 | Battery Seals We are specialist manufacturer of battery seals for one of the leading hitech manufacturers of batteries to Indian Air Force, Navy and Army. Our customer could win the title of 'Preferred supplier' from the defence authorities because of our timely supply of quality products.
Moulded with EPDM rubber having good resilience properties.
Vent seal shall positively open in the range of 3-6 psi when there is an increase in the internal pressure of the cell and shall close immediately below the opening pressure when there is a decrease in the internal pressure of the cell. The vent seal is opened and closed for 25 cycles in a chamber maintained at temp of 55+/- 3 deg C. And for 5 cycles at room temp , called as 1 unit.Vent seal is tested for 7 units . minimum time between consecutive cycles (rest period) is 60 sec and minimum time between consecutive unit is 30min.
The vent seal is kept in chamber maintained at 75 deg C for 72 hrs under pressure such that it is kept in open and is tested for opening and closing for 5 cycles at room temp.
We can manufacture rubber parts like Grommets, Seals, O rings etc., to NASA standards Ask for Quote |

 | Refrigerant and Oil Resistant Seals The material developed by us for this specification was a nitrile butadiene rubber having restricted modulus and compression set and good resistance to refrigerant and compressor oil.
The specification was released originally for material used to mold O rings used as seals in the air conditioning system. Ask for Quote |

 | Heat Resistant Rubber Seals We have developed heat resistant NBR(Nitrile material) for one of the big three auto manufacturers. The materials defined by their specifications was nitrile butadiene rubber compounded specially for heat resistance significantly higher than that of conventional NBR compounds, without sacrificing other desirable properties. The specification was originally released for material used in miscellaneous oil seal and gasketing applications for continuous automotive service at temperatures upto 135 deg C with occasional temperatures as high as 150 deg C.
One type of spec was released originally for static pressure seals and another for rotational shaft seals. A third type of material was compounded with internal lubricant for ease of assembly. Ask for Quote |
