Rubber Gaskets
A material or a part used to make a joint fluid-tight. It means sealing of the mating surfaces between various components. Gaskets are used between the various parts of the engine to keep oil, coolant, air and fuel in their respective places. |
| EPDM Rubber Gaskets We manufacture EPDM rubber gaskets which is specially developed for use in the radiator tank of one of the big three US based auto manufacturers as a tier 2 supplier. It has following specialities:
- It has excellent resistance to compressive stress relaxation at temperature 125 degree celsius and splitting or bursting under combined conditions of compressive strains upto 60% temperature -135 degree celsius.
- It also has good resistance to ethylene glycol based engine coolants-1000 hrs at 125 degree celsius.
- The material can successfully meet with heat aging requirement of 125 degrees for 1000 hours.
- Gasket in EPDM rubber are used in a radiator of a three wheeler manufactured by an Italian manufacturer.
- This material revealed no dimensional variation or deformation in a test which involved 30 mts in boiling water.

| Grease pump Gaskets Nitrile rubber gasket is designed and developed by us to be used in a pump which is in contact with petrol, diesel, motor oil/ fuel oil and light petroleum products.
The gasket works like a butterfly valve and allows the fluid to suckin but not drain back.
The gasket also allows the fluid to pump out.
It also has excellent flex properties (more than 500000 flex cycles).
