Rubber Gaskets
|
A material or a part used to make a joint fluid-tight. It means sealing of the mating surfaces between various components. Gaskets are used between the various parts of the engine to keep oil, coolant, air and fuel in their respective places. |
| EPDM Rubber GasketsWe manufacture EPDM rubber gaskets which is specially developed for use in the radiator tank of one of the big three US based auto manufacturers as a tier 2 supplier. It has following specialities:
- It has excellent resistance to compressive stress relaxation at temperature 125 degree celsius and splitting or bursting under combined conditions of compressive strains upto 60% temperature -135 degree celsius.
- It also has good resistance to ethylene glycol based engine coolants-1000 hrs at 125 degree celsius.
- The material can successfully meet with heat aging requirement of 125 degrees for 1000 hours.
- Gasket in EPDM rubber are used in a radiator of a three wheeler manufactured by an Italian manufacturer.
- This material revealed no dimensional variation or deformation in a test which involved 30 mts in boiling water.

| Grease pump GasketsNitrile rubber gasket is designed and developed by us to be used in a pump which is in contact with petrol, diesel, motor oil/ fuel oil and light petroleum products.
The gasket works like a butterfly valve and allows the fluid to suckin but not drain back.
The gasket also allows the fluid to pump out.
